AI don't work when privileges assigned to existing roles but works when a new role is created for AI

Summary:

Scenario 1 (Works):
You created a new custom role, SSP AI Role Status Advisor.
You added:
Access Intelligent Agent Chat
PRC Intelligent Agent Management Duty
FAI GenAI Agent Runtime
You assign this role directly to Ankeeta.
✅ AI agent banner appears and works.

Scenario 2 (Doesn’t work):
Instead of assigning the new role, you edit an existing custom role (for example, a custom Procurement Manager role).
You add the same duty roles/privileges.
You assign only that Procurement Manager role to the user.
❌ AI agent doesn’t appear.
