BICC Extract Failures with "Error occurs while calling remote service ADFService11G" after 26CUpdate

Summary:

We have been experiencing intermittent failures with several BICC extracts following the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 26C update. The failures started appearing after the 26C deployment and have been occurring frequently from the update (08/22/26)

The jobs fail with the error: "Query Failed: [nQSError: 77031] Error occurs while calling remote service ADFService11G"

The issue was not observed prior to the 26C update, re-running the failed extracts completes successfully in the next incremental run.

Raised an SR, but we would like to understand whether this is a broader issue affecting other customers after 26C.
