Expense Mobile GL Override, Mileage Integration and Policy Messages

Summary:

We would like to understand the standard functionality for the following requirements:

  • Mobile GL Account: On Web, users can see/modify the complete GL account combination, while Mobile currently shows only Company and Cost Center. Is full GL combination override supported on Mobile in 26B? If yes, what configuration is required?
  • Mileage: Does Fusion Expenses support standard integration with Google Maps/Apple Maps or an employee’s personal mileage tracker to populate mileage distance?
  • Policy Messages: Can seeded Expense Policy violation messages be customized to display different error/warning messages based on the specific policy or expense type violated? If yes, please confirm the required configuration.
