Dispatch Console's Control Number Display Question

Good day!

I am not sure what's the actual name of the display but I just called it Control Number. This is the left digit and right digit besides the resource name to display the:

  • Right digit: Total number of assigned activities
  • Left digit: Remaining incomplete activities

Our leads use this Control Number display to easily see how many activities assigned to a resource have not yet been completed. In the sample above, the Electric Tester has 1 remaining incomplete activity (pending status) out of 6 assigned activities.

However, when the Pending activity becomes Started, the left digit changes to 0.
