Workaround?: Allowing Req/Offer Approvers to View Req Details without being added as a Collaborator?

Hello Oracle Community,

We are implementing Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and have received feedback from our client regarding requisition and offer approval security.

Today, our understanding is that approvers (such as Finance Business Partners and Department Heads) must be added as Collaborators in order to access the requisition or offer details needed to complete an approval. The client is concerned about the administrative overhead of maintaining collaborators and would prefer a security-driven approach that follows least-privilege principles.

We are exploring whether it is possible to configure approvers so that they can:

  • Receive requisition and/or offer approval notifications
  • Access the necessary requisition/offer details to make an approval decision
