Hold Acknowledge notification

Summary:

When a buyer gets assigned a hold (price or qty), they have a button to approve the hold or acknowledge the hold. Currently when a buyer acknowledges a hold, the P2P team does not get any notification so they are unaware until they try to look into a particular invoice again and reviewing the holds section. Is there a way we can send the notification to the person who assigned the hold when the buyer acknowledge holds?
