Hello Oracle Team,

I submitted an upgrade of my OCI account from Free Tier to Pay As You Go on August 17, 2026.

As of August 27, the upgrade has been pending for 10 days. The OCI Console still shows:

“Your upgrade is in progress. You will receive an email confirmation when your upgrade is completed.”

The Plan Type also still shows
