Course Renew Option on Redwood Page

I am trying to understand course renewal option .

I was able to save below configuration. But it appears this configuration might have a flaw which I have tried to explain

Using this configuration if we take an Example in practice

Employee completes training on January 1, 2026:

• Renew Every: 300 days → next renewal triggers on October 28, 2026.
• Due: 365 days after that → the new assignment is due October 28, 2027.
• But the next renewal after that would trigger 300 days from October 28, 2026 → around August 24, 2027 — a full two months before the previous cycle's due date.

So this employee would end up with overlapping open assignments stacking up over time, since each new cycle triggers well before the prior one is even due. The gap actually widens with each cycle, making this the worst version of the overlap issue
