Candidate Profile Navigation feature not working with Job Application AI Overview in 26C

Summary:

In testing 26C, we have observed that the candidate profile navigation feature is not behaving as expected with the enablement of Job Application AI Overview Enhancements. Users will select the arrows to cycle through applications and behavior is page either remains on application, or arrows disappear altogether after cycling to next application. Is there setup I am missing for profile navigation, or has anyone else observed this?
