Auto-Populate Hijri Start and End Dates for Saudi Arabia Absence

Business Requirement

For employees belonging to Saudi Arabia, we need to display the Hijri equivalent of the Absence Start Date and Absence End Date on the Redwood Add Absence page.

The expected behavior is:

1. The user selects the Absence Start Date in Gregorian format.
2. The system should automatically calculate and populate the corresponding Hijri Start Date in a DFF.
3. The user selects the Absence End Date in Gregorian format.
4. The system should automatically calculate and populate the corresponding Hijri End Date in a DFF.
5. This requirement should apply only to Saudi Arabia.
6. The Hijri Start Date and Hijri End Date should be displayed as read-only fields, preferably using DFFs.
