Visual Builder Extensions for Procurement

Summary:

When editing a redwood supplier management, supplier registration, or supplier profile in visual builder, visual builder automatically creates a new extension as PRC 1. All other changes we've made have been in the PRC extension for all other procurement related changes. Since the supplier module is part of the procurement tier, should we be maintaining all changes under the original extension?

Does anyone know why VB automatically creates the new extension for the supplier areas?
