Redwood Line Item Grid Error: Action _reconfigure_action doesn't exist when BOM is not used
Hi CPQ Community,
We are facing an issue in the Redwood UI Layout under the Products & Pricing tab regarding the Products Line Item Grid.
Error Message:
Action _reconfigure_action doesn't exist or is not accessible in resource commerceDocuments<MainDocument> for current user.
Our Business Setup:
- We do not use BOM (Bill of Materials), Configurator Models, or Reconfigure rules.
- Our quotes are built strictly using Parts and Commerce Attributes within the main Commerce Process (
SETRAMEXCABECERO). - In the JET UI,
_reconfigure_actionwas never required, and our Line Item Grid rendered parts without any issues.
The Problem:
Upon loading the Redwood UI layout, this error pops up immediately and prevents the Line Item Grid from displaying line items (Line Count remains at 0). It seems the Redwood Line Item Grid component automatically looks for or invokes
