Is it possible to change journal line description on posted journal?

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to change or delete line description of one of the posted journals, as it contains confidential information. As we all know that we can't modify or delete the journal once it has been posted.

Could you please let us know if there is any way to update or remove the JE Line description after posting?
