Error while trying to get value from Value set

Summary:

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use the below fast formula and value set to fetch enterprise hire date as Information Element. Somehow it keeps breaking at 'GET_VALUE_SET' line. I could see the date when I remove the line 16 and hard code a random date but when I try to use the function quick pay won't process and throws an error.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so how to fix it?
