SLA for partial recovery scenario fails for 2 item lines.

Summary:

We have a payables SLA requirement for partial recovery scenario to update the cost centre segment for the non-recoverable tax line. Currently the rule works when there is partail or full recovery. However, when there are 2 item (net) line amount with a mix of partial recovery and full non-recoverable line the SLA rule is not working as expected. The SLA condition for payables subledger application we have written - "Invoice Distribution Type"(AP,S,S) = Non-recoverable tax 'AND' "Invoice Distribution Amount" != "Invoice Line Amount".
