How to add a new column to positions view in Redwood

Hi Experts,

We want to add a new column FTE to Positions search result

The columns option does not list FTE

We do have an option to add a new field to Position Results Default Columns. But When I add FTE, the search does not work

Have you have added a new column? Let us know, how to make this work
