Is there a way to move "Future Changes" above "Historical Changes" on Redwood Employment Info?

Summary:

The redwood Employment Info page displays Future Changes at the bottom of the page. We need this to display before Historical Changes as the future changes could be missed. If an employee has many historical records, you have to scroll all the way through these to notice that there is a future change. Is there a way to move this section up in VBS?
