Global Search and quick actions showing only manager labels instead of HR / employee variants

Hello,
we have received a report from the customer about Global Search and quick actions.
When searching for the quick action “Employment Info”, users are redirected to the manager page instead of the HR / employee employment info page. We suspect this is because several quick actions share the same name and the system is prioritizing one (e.g. the manager version).
To distinguish them, we renamed the quick actions via Structure in Sandbox:
employee: Employment Info – Me
manager: Employment Info – Team
HR: Employment Info (HR)
In Global Search the labels appear correctly.
