Reset form content in Workflow step

Hello
In the Workflow, it's possible to go back or forward in steps defined in Workflow.
How it's possible to reset form content if technician go back in step defined in workflow?
Example:
4 steps defined in workflow: Form 1 ? Form 2 ? Form 3 ? Form 4
Some question in Form 3 are displayed according to the answer of question in Form 2
Form 2: Question 1 : Yes/No
Form 3: Question 2 if Yes in Question 1 (Form 2), Question 3 if No in Question 1 (Form 2).
Let's imagine that technician fill Form 3 and answer to the Question 2 and register the value by clicking OK button in form.
After technician is back to form 2 and and change the the answer for Question 1, so in this case in form 3, Question 3 will be displayed.
