Questionnaires not visible in supplier portal when auto triggered post registration approval

Summary:

Configuration has been completed to automatically trigger qualification questionnaires when a supplier registration is approved and the questionnaire responder type is set to Supplier. As a result, the post-approval qualification and initiative records are automatically created with the supplier contact details and the designated internal responder.

The internal responder is able to view both the qualification and the initiative successfully. However, the supplier is unable to view the questionnaire, qualification, or initiative through the Supplier Portal, despite having all the required roles and permissions assigned for Supplier Portal access.
