Journey Eligibility for Pending Workers based on Proposed Person Type – is it actually achievable?

Hi team,
I'm working on an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation (Journeys module) and I've hit what appears to be a fundamental data access limitation. I'd like to share our setup and findings, and ask whether anyone has managed to solve this differently.

Business Requirement

We need to automatically allocate a Journey to Pending Workers (created via Move to HR from ORC) only when:

• Proposed Person Type = Regular OR Trainee/Stagiaire
• Grade ≠ HOURLY

Our Setup

Eligibility Profile (Profile Usage: Checklist)

• Employment > Grade: HOURLY, Exclude = ✅
• Other > Formula: "IVG Proposed Person Type"

Fast Formula (Type: Participation and Rate Eligibility)
