AR - Import AutoInvoice program - need All Orgnization value under LOV in business unit parameter

In Oracle EBS, the "Import AutoInvoice" program included an "All Organizations" value in the List of Values (LOV) for the Operating Unit/Business Unit parameter.

However, in Fusion, the Business Unit parameter is mandatory, and the "All" option is no longer available in the LOV. Because of this limitation, we currently have to schedule and run 35 individual programs for our 35 Business Units, which is highly inefficient.

Could you please advise if there is a way to make the Business Unit parameter non-mandatory in Fusion, or if we can add an "All Organizations" value to the LOV? We need a solution to run this program across all BUs simultaneously.
