Error When Enter Decimal Number in People Group Segment

Hello,

As titled anyone was able to enter a decimal number in people group KFF segment?

I tired with value set  Value Data Type =Character & Value Subtype =Text  but when enter a decimal number it show error:  This combination is invalid: Amount 100.50 is in the wrong format -- it must contain only numeric characters
