The Promotion component is Ineligible for a person but still its visible in the user login

Summary: We have enabled the redwood for workforce compensaction.

We have the component Promotion as part of the compensation worksheet. its visibility is controlled by eligibility profile. as part of configuration a user is ineligible but in the UI he is seeing the promotion button in the Workforce Compensation worksheet page
