Purchase Leave Plan – End Date Mismatch in Employee View and Admin view

Description:
Purchase Leave Plan in PHQ is configured for 27/06/2025 to 25/06/2026, however the employee view displays the plan end date as 26/06/2026.

Expected:
Employee view should show end date as 25/06/2026, consistent with plan configuration.

Impact:
Minor discrepancy causing potential confusion around plan validity.

Observations:

 Purchase Leave Plan is configured as an Anniversary year plan, but the Purchase Leave element represents a fixed 52-week Friday-to-Thursday period.PURCHASE_LEAVE_ANNIVERSARY_FF returns the element start date, after which Oracle calculates the Plan Term end as the next annual anniversary minus one day. This produces a 365-day Plan Term, while the required element period is 364 days.
