Submit Pop up or Message when submitting a transaction

Summary:

We have a requirement where the business wants to have a submit pop up / message when they are submitting a transaction in Redwood Page.

Example: If user is submitting "Request Position Change" transaction, when they click on Submit , the button shows greyed out and later on it navigates us back to Positions page after submission.

But for better user experience is it feasible to add a message / pop up?
