Consume 3.5 GB file in OIC and store it in ATP

We are looking for guidance on the best approach to consume and process a large file (~3.5 GB) using OIC Gen3/OCI and store the data in Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) for reconciliation with Oracle Fusion data.

Use Case:
The file is received on a half-yearly or yearly basis and contains supplier data that needs to be reconciled against Oracle Fusion records. The end goal is to perform a structured data reconciliation between the incoming file data and the corresponding Oracle Fusion data stored in ATP.

Please let me know if anyone came across a similar use case, if yes and what was the best approach taken.
