Self Service Procurement User Preference

Summary:

In Self-Service Requisition, users are currently required to set their preferences (Business Unit and Requestor) before creating a requisition.

We would like to confirm whether the following is possible:

• Can the user create a requisition without setting these preferences in advance?
• Can the system automatically determine the Requisitioning Business Unit based on the Requestor entered on the requisition line?

Expected Outcome:

• Users do not need to set up Business Unit and Requestor preferences before creating a requisition.
• The system derives the Requisitioning Business Unit automatically from the Requestor entered on the requisition.
