We are evaluating an integration between Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) and Oracle Fusion CX Sales using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and would like to get feedback from the Oracle community regarding the recommended and supported approach.

Business Requirement

Our objective is to bring Zoom/ZRA customer meeting information into the corresponding records in Oracle Fusion CX Sales so that sales users can access customer conversation information directly from CX Sales.

We would like to integrate the following information from Zoom/ZRA:

  • Zoom meeting details (Meeting ID, topic, date/time, duration, host, meeting URL, etc.)
  • Meeting participants and their email addresses
