Unable to Transfer Ledger Balances Due to Cross-Validation Rules – Unable to Create New CCID

Hi Team,

We are performing Transfer Ledger Balances from the GL Bio ledger to the LU France ledger in Oracle Fusion General Ledger.

During the transfer, some account combinations are failing with the error:

UNABLE_TO_CREATE_NEW_CCID

We noticed that the account combinations being transferred are not valid according to the Cross-Validation Rules (CVRs) configured in the target LU France ledger.

For example, the following combinations are failing:



The corresponding combinations are valid/used in the source GL Bio ledger, but when the balances are transferred to LU France, Fusion attempts to create/use the corresponding CCIDs in the target ledger and the CVRs appear to prevent those combinations from being created.
