Automated Employee Announcements in HCM
Summary:
Dear Expert,
We would like to display announcements for new hires, rehires, internal employee changes, and employees leaving the organization to all employees in Oracle HCM, preferably on the Home Page.
Each announcement should include:
- Employee photo
- Employee name
- Business title
- Team/Department name
- Work location
- Type of change and effective date
Our goal is to have these announcements generated and published automatically based on the relevant HR transactions, without requiring any manual maintenance.
Whether this requirement can be achieved using standard Oracle HCM functionality or if any integration/customization is required?
