Preparer Name Not Displaying in Oracle Fusion Expense Audit Summary

Summary:
On the Expense Report Audit page, the Expense Report Summary > Audit Summary section displays the Preparer field, but the preparer’s name is blank.

Could someone please clarify:
- Is this expected standard behavior in Oracle Fusion Expenses, or could it indicate a configuration or data issue?
- Which attribute or field populates the Preparer value in the Audit Summary section?
- Are any setup options, security roles, audit configurations, or personalization settings required for the name to display?
- If the value cannot be displayed in the Audit Summary page, what is the recommended reporting subject area or attribute for retrieving the expense report preparer’s name?
