Production Execution UI – Screen Remains Unchanged After Submit Following 26C Upgrade

We are experiencing an issue with the Production Execution UI following the 26C upgrade. When a user completes an operation or completes a work order and clicks [Submit], the transaction is successfully processed in the backend. However, the Production Execution screen remains on the same page and there is no confirmation message or navigation back to the home/previous screen.

Since there is no visible indication that the transaction has been successfully processed, users may assume that the submission did not work and may attempt to submit the transaction again.

Expected Behavior: After clicking [Submit] and successfully processing the transaction, the application should provide a confirmation and navigate the user back to the appropriate Production Execution home/previous screen.
