Oracle Fusion SSP Redwood – Internal Material Transfer (IMT)

Hi,
We have a requirement in Oracle Fusion Redwood SSP – Internal Material Request (IMT). We have multiple inventory organizations, such as OP1, OP2 and OP3.
User creates an IMT with OP1 as the Destination Organization and OP2 as the Source Organization. The requisition is Pending Approval. Before approval, the user may need to change the Destination Organization from OP1 to OP3. We can see an option to change the Source Organization, but not the Destination Organization in the Redwood UI.
Question: Is there any standard functionality/configuration to change the Destination Organization while the IMT is Pending Approval? Also, can the Item be changed before approval?
