Best Approach to Extract Non-eOffer Offer Content Using TCC for Archival Purposes

We are working on a Taleo archival project and need to archive offer information for historical candidates.

We have observed that the Signed eOffers field successfully returns offer documents as attachments for candidates whose offers were extended through the eOffer process. However, a significant number of our historical offers were not extended through eOffers and were instead communicated through email, printed documents, or other processes.

We are currently using the Offer Body field to extract the offer content as text. While this works for many candidates, we have noticed that for some records the extracted content contains unresolved Taleo tokens instead of actual values.
