Hi

We are experiencing issues with attachments in notifications; when the approval notification reaches the approver, the attached files are missing. We have already applied the configurations mentioned in the following note, but the problem was not resolved.

We have raised an SR, but the analyst says the issue lies with the PDF data model; however, if that were the case, it would happen with all POs, whereas this only occurs with some, not all.

Could you please help us with an alternative solution?
