Oracle Learning Redwood: How to Hide Only the "Assign Learning" Action from the Event and Self-Paced

We have a requirement in Oracle Learning Redwood UI to hide only the "Assign Learning" option from the Actions (ellipsis) menu on the Event Details and Self-Paced Learning Details pages.

As shown in the screenshot, the Actions menu contains several options such as Edit Event, Duplicate, Translate Event, Edit Catalog Profile, Cancel Event, etc.

The requirement is to remove only the Assign Learning action while keeping all other menu actions unchanged and fully functional.
