Self-Paced Learning option missing from course after Redwood migration—available in Learning Catalog

Summary:

After migrating to Redwood, there is no option to create a self-paced learning directly within a course. Only offerings (instructor-led, self-paced, or blended) and events can be created/added at the course level. We have since confirmed that self-paced learning can be created directly from the Learning Catalog instead, but this course-level option appears to be missing after the Redwood migration.

Per Oracle's release documentation on the Redwood migration, a course is expected to support both self-paced learning and events once moved to Redwood.

However, after migrating to Redwood, the Create menu on a course's Offerings tab only shows:
