How to move today's pending activities to tomorrow

Summary:

If a technician have some scheduled pending activities for today, which they are not able to pick up. We want to move them to tomorrow's pending scheduled activity, without moving them to unscheduled bucket of the resource.

We are looking for configuration options within OFSC such as message scenario.

If it is not possible to achieve this via configuration within OFSC, what is the best practice which Oracle recommends.
