We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement when creating a Purchase Order from an awarded RFQ.

Steps to reproduce:

Create an RFQ.
Receive supplier responses.
Award the RFQ to a supplier.
Create a Purchase Order for the awarded supplier from the RFQ.
Complete the required PO information.
Click Submit.
