It seems since or 26A update, We have been receiving more and more docx preview errors. "Preview not supported for given file format"

We have raised a service request, but have received the worst advice as a solution (save as PDF ourselves) Wondering if anyone out there has experienced similar? (Resume Preview errors in v.26 - not terrible responses from Oracle Support
