unable to see new hires post 26C patch

Summary:

we see two issues in Benefits Module after the 26C patch.

  1. Quick actions are missing under BAC and it pushed us to client groups using structure. why is the Benefits Quick actions are moved to Client group? do we need to enable the same way in PROD after the patch?

2. we also noticed that all our non prod did not have Benefits Activity Center Search worked. does it mean we need to run the Benefits Person Search data process everytime after the Patch?
