Redwood supplier portal: How to enable PaaS extension apps tile on the redwood supplier portal page

Summary:

We have created couple of PaaS extension apps on the supplier portal which are used to capture some specific details from the suppliers. But with Redwood coming, we wanted to know how can we enable these tiles on the redwood supplier portal page so that the supplier users can continue to access these apps.
