HDL mass Balance Adjustment

I'm using a series of Balance Adjustment Header and Balance Adjustment Line HDLs to adjust 5 different elements for about 3,000 employees. Is there a limit to the number of lines Oracle can accept in a single HDL load? Has anyone attempted an adjustment at that scale before? Thank you.
