Send Job Offer Accepted Notification to HR Representative Based on AOR Only

Summary:

I have reviewed two previous posts regarding this topic, but I have not found a solution.

I need to create a notification that is triggered when a job offer is accepted and is associated with the following alerts: IRC_JobOffer_AcceptedExternal and Internal.

We have a current notification attached to that alert using ${JobOfferCollaboratorsUserNameList}, ${JobOfferHiringManager&Recruiter UserName). Though, the purpose of this other notification is to alert only to the HR Rep to inform them to start a process once the offer letter is accepted. I do not want the notification to go to the Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or other collaborators associated with the requisition/offer.
