Where are the steps to enable Redwood Purchasing?

Summary:
We are working with multiple clients to implement Redwood Purchasing. When I implemented RSSP, there was a nice guide that had all the ESS jobs to run and features to enable.
Do we have that for Purchasing?
Not looking for roadmaps or timelines, I'm looking for the step by step instructions on how to successfully implement Redwood Purchasing in its entirety.
