Does anyone have a workable HSDL for updating Person Type?

Summary:

I have been attempting to create a HSDL for updating the Person Type, but I have yet to find the right combination of parameters to use. I've been building it from an HDL provided through Cloud Customer Connect back in 2018, at the following link:

The attributes I have been using were selected from 2 objects (Assignment and Employment Terms) within the Worker Business Object. It imported successfully but failed to load with the following error: The corresponding date effective record in the Assignment for date 2019-03-25, action XXHR_DATA_CHANGE, and effective sequence 1 is missing for the WorkTerms.
