We are facing an issue while attempting to add a new charge to an existing item/Price List Line in Oracle Fusion Pricing.

The item is already available in the Price List with an existing charge. However, when we try to add an additional/new charge for the same item, we are unable to successfully create/save the new charge.
1. We are not able to add Charge (Enter Price Manually) > for future dates
2. We are not able to add Charge (Enter Price Manually) - even if we update the End date to system date and Save it and try to add new charge, it doesnt allow. The Charge LOV doesn't show any data.
