Workforce Compensation Merit Amount annualized

Hello Everyone,

We would like to ask about Workforce Compensation field calculations, specifically Merit Amount and Base Salary - New.

Our employees are paid on a monthly salary basis, while our Compensation Plan is annualized.

Currently, when we enter either the Merit Percentage or the Merit Amount, it appears that the system treats the Merit Amount as an annualized value. As a result, the Base Salary - New seems to be calculated by adding Merit Amount / 12 to the Base Salary - Current.

We would like to confirm whether there is any configuration option or dynamic calculation setup that would allow:
