Checklist Required When Activating/Deactivating a Route

We need a checklist to appear when activating or deactivating a route, so key items can be verified before the status change goes through (e.g. driver/vehicle assigned, no active trips running, etc.).

Right now there's no way to add this validation step — routes can be activated or deactivated without confirming these details first.

Is there a way to customize the standard activate/deactivate screen to include a checklist like this? If not currently possible, can this be considered as an enhancement?
